Saundra Monroe, Principal Product Manager, Anaconda
With more than 25 years of product and development experience for a wide range of industries, Saundra Monroe is now the Principal Product Manager for Anaconda. Saundra has held numerous leadership roles where she was responsible for driving the growth of various product platforms, while working directly with customers defining new features to accelerate customer acquisition, drive engagement and improve retention.
Throughout her career she led the development of new initiatives that created millions in upsells to existing customer and lead to thousands new software implementations. She is a driven technology and facility leader, with a breadth of startup IT experience. Saundra initially pursued a technical career path as a developer for a healthcare software company, which included an analysis of a client practice's business and clinical procedures. She later went on to provide administration and oversight of several struggling emergency departments across the U.S. She exceeded expectations on contractual agreements with payers and managed budget overruns while increasing patient satisfaction.
Saundra holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an A.S. in Computer Science from Austin Community College. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Professional Coder and an active member of Lean Start Up and Agile Austin.
