A. To check the creation time of an Azure VM you can use the Activity Log (providing it has not been recycled).
Navigate to Monitor - Activity Log and set the Event category to Administrative with Event severity to Informational.
The operation name will be Write VirtualMachines which will show the timestamp of the creation.
